Being the heroes of our own Stories requires that we be willing to go beyond integrating the “monsters” of our disowned Shadow aspects and dissociated soul parts: we must also learn how to step out of the Victim-Drama Triangle. E.F.T. Training Workshop The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) releases the excess emotional charge on traumatic memories and painful self-judgments so that you can be free to move on with your life. In this workshop, participants will learn how to apply the basic EFT technique to such areas as addictive cravings, fears and phobias, creative blocks, relationship issues, and pain management; as well as what to do when you're stuck, how to recognize psychological reversals and core wounds, and how to use EFT to support using affirmations to "tap in the positive". The workshop includes live demonstrations, a 17-page student manual, and hands-on supervised practice.
